8 String Mandolin Tailpiece Feather Pattern Metal Bronze Color Mandolin

nice looking mandolin tail piece.

it is nice looking tail piece. now for my critique the string loop hooks are a bit of challenge to hook mandolin loops onto. my advice to cope is to insert the non loop end through the hole where the string will insert first and pull the string to the head stock area of mandolin...and grab the loop end and bend it down so that the loop will catch the hook as you pull the string through.I was having a tedious time doing this, but i got it done. string the other end into the tuning post hole etc etc. aside from that its a nice look and seems functioning okay. would i recommend it ?....yes it has a classic elegant look. I put it on my Aria II made mandolin from 1977 it is definitely upgrade for my sentimental mandolin
