The Red Shoes is a wonderful movie.
A simply beautiful film. Grade A acting telling a timeless story of conflicting emotions between the yearning for life's artistry and the compelling force of selfish love that can destroy an artist.

Though a low-budget B film, still a plea...
Though a low-budget B film, still a pleasure to watch. Well-directed with the leading character being intriguingly mysterious. The ominous musical score intensified by the protagonist's organ playing enhances the gloomy carnival atmosphere of the story. An enjoyable relic from the vault of classic horror films.

The ubiquitous saga of good versus evil where the righteous hero of the 1950's always prevails.
One of the better-rated versions of classic film noir. A compelling story of police corruption spiced with violence and understated sexual attraction. The subtle longing between Bannion and Debby Marsh is an entertaining component.
