Cracking! This is King when he is truly on form

This book contains some of the best Stephen King novella's, 3 of which have been made into films (The Shawshank Redemption / Stand By Me / Apt Pupil). I love the film adaptation The Shawshank Redemption but the written story is far more potent with interesting characters that you really get a feel for. The same with The Body (Stand By Me), although watching Stand By Me feels like a magic elixir and will always make me smile on the greyest of days. Anyway, less of me yabbering and just pick up the book - you won't be disappointed.
