You on a Diet
It is a very interesting perspective on the way we eat and how our eating habits are effect our bodies. It focuses on the foods that we consider "normal" that are damaging our bodies slowly from the inside; out. It teaches you how put the right foods into your body to help fuel it and to keep you healthy. The doctors have a humorous way of teaching the reader how the bodies digestive systems function, how the body takes apart the foods and how the individual parts in our bodies process or waste the food. It also shows us,how to maintain ourselves not only to look better, but feel better to live longer. It also taught me to understand and know which foods are hurting my digestive system may not necessarily hurt yours. It is not a one size fits all diet, but something of a lifestyle change re-learning your own way of eating healthy.
