Good but...

The phone is in excellent condition no scratches or dents. The issue is the sound does not work for music or most alerts like iMessages or reminders, it works for the phone when it rings which is most important. I am happy with my purchase as it serves it's purpose couldn't beat the price!

Great value

It is extremely quiet, it does a good job after a couple of days the collection grids were dirty. This was an awesome value!
