Four plus, good value for price
I rarely give anything a five star. But this is a sold four plus. The value is good. There are not many options for affordable inserts that give the right amount of support. Using these is way better for me than using the cheeper inserts and way more affordable than custom inserts. I have moderately high arches, but the new balance brand arch supports are a hair to high for one of my feet (although perfect for the other). These doctor scholes are ok for both my feet and are the same price new.

perfect small size and light weight for clipping extra keys to my key ring when needed.

Love this book.
I LOVE this book. It is practical, and stimulates growth and positive thinking. I put the audio version on my iPhone, and I listen to it on my commute. I recommend this book!
