  Seller accepted my offer and then sold it to someone outside of eBay, after 10 days of ignoring my messages and still not receiving the item, the seller replied that it was eBays fault. I called eBay and they confirmed that I won the bid, and they refunded me in full after reading the correspondence where the seller had admitted to all the above. This is not a good way to conduct business for any Seller.
