Works as UPS
Installed and working as a UPS however not sure how well it is communicating with my Buffalo Linkstation as does not always see to shut down automatically when tested, But performing well as a functional UPS

Acer P5270 Projector from Rent IT
An excellent item which despite being an ex-rental product from Rent IT was as good as new. Coming compete with all its cables, remote and carry bag it is difficult to find any marks or damage to prove it has ever been used. Once up and running this projector performed perfectly and with 3,000 Lumens gave a bright, crisp image easily filling a 120" screen. With the facility to input from a variety of sources including HDMI, DVI, S-Video, standard video & a PC this projector will eventually be wired up to most of my AV and computer equipment providing the ultimate "big screen" experience in my house. With only 143 hours use the Rent IT claim that "rental products are excellent purchases due to there low level of use" certainly seems to hold true. Thus ensuring that I should be able to enjoy my purchase for some time yet before having to invest in a new bulb (Or more likely just purchase another complete unit from Rent IT at these sort of prices!) Any downside to this? Well whilst working perfectly sitting on top of a book case I know that the wife will eventually want it all nicely mounted on the ceiling with all the wires carefully hidden away - Another major DIY job for me when I could be watching the Football/Golf/Grand Prix/etc (Delete as necessary) on my 120" screen! If you would also like to get an "as new" IT product then pay Rent IT a visit by searching for there user name "it-rental"
