The product arrived in perfect condition, just like the photo. It also arrived extremely quickly. My backpack was new, in perfect condition. As for the packaging, it arrived with all its tags, the cardboard inside, and the Disney Parks bag. Thank you so much. Highly recommended, excellent purchase.
