It is better suited for larger pills and vitamins

Good antiviral, antibiotic, antifungal supplement
The Phillipines university published an article about using virgin coconut oil as a safe and effective treatment against the novel COVID-19 virus.
I take it as a preventative measure against COVID.
Also as it acts like an antibiotic and as a diabetic I have to look after my feet. I accidentally stepped on a scraper that I had to pull out of my foot. The wound was red and inflamed for thee days after which it was like the incident never happened. The Monolaurin I was already taking gave me the protection I needed . It could have led to an ulcer that would have taken a long time to heal.
