Stop walking on eggshells

Why aren't we made aware of advice like this instead of going around in despair blaming yourself, feeling helpless, tormented and angry.
You'll also be taken aback as the book or aspects of it could almost have been written about your loved one!
The only frustrating part of this is that the available help and advice is based in the US but don't give up!
Keep on digging and this book will give you the tools, the terminology and the confidence to find the help you require
