Short, sweet, effective
This book uncovers several thought traps that can disrupt someones mental health goals.For those who are plateauing in regards to mental health, this is a great resource. The writing is injected with humor, yet remains clear and direct. I would recommend to anyone who wants to being their mental health journey, or needs to re-inject it with fresh inspiration. I would also recommend Feeling Good – The New Mood Therapy by David Burns.

This book is wonderful! Anyone who has read the Betsy Tacy series will benefit from adding these to their collection.

Nice, good
Its a very nice product. Applies nicely, feels smooth and pleasant to the touch, comes with a nice application brush. I think its a bit overpriced . I do use it almost every day.
