Learn about your inner critic
The Stones are amazing and i love and teach their work. The inner critic is a fascinating subject relevant to us all and getting in touch and building a better relationship can only help us all. Book has exercises, thought provoking ideas and is written in an easy to follow approachable way. Quick easy delivery in perfect condition.

Good strong sleek laptop bag
Yes it's a nice sleek carry case in a compact style so not too bulky and it feels well protected for my laptop. Just has the one zip pocket in the front. It would have been nice to have another inside but it's perfect really for the days when I carry my laptop to work, that's all I need. Haven't tested it in heavy rain or anything, again hope it's ok, will see but happy with it. Comfortable straps, feels strong and hopefully will last a long time. I'd imagine I can fit quite a few bits in the main section although haven't yet as not leaving home much in lockdown. No complaints.
