I absolutely love it! so happy with this purchase!
It is lightweight, comfortable and easy to use! The app is so easy to use, it tracks steps, distance, weight goals, food intake and calories, and sleep pattern. You can set reminders that will vibrate to tell you how many steps you need to complete for the hour! Each week you receive a report of weekly steps and what you need to do to improve.
You can also compete against other users! which makes it fun!
