  My worst eBay experience. This item arrived damaged, the SELLER wouldn't file a claim with the carrier (he expected me to do - which I did, though it is the SELLER'S responsibility to do so). The claim was denied since the SELLER didn't insure the item (The cost would have been minimal). The carrier gave $100. I cannot tell if this is was a non-working item prior to shipping or not. I suspect it was less than described (it was described as working). Overall, this was NOT a good transaction.

  it was working when you bought it the pictures show ithow could i file a claim when i didn;t know it was damaged sounds like you are unhappy and i did not mislead you..
