I've probably been using this product for over a year now, and I intend to use it indefinitely given the pervasive use of glyphosates globally. I consider it a core practice for long term optimal gut health. Tip: Their new bottles don't include pour spout caps so hold onto your old cap to swap out for the new one.

I used to source my enema coffee from a manufacturer in Germany, but I don't think it's available anymore. That brand was green (unroasted). SA Wilson's makes high-quality light roast, and this brand has been my go-to. Great product.

Started with one pair and added three more to the rotation. Different color options would be kind of nice, and I'm not sure what benefit the copper is providing (apparently enhanced circulation, and maybe grounding/earthing, which I've heard is actually a real thing). Put them on when you first wake up for easiest fit. They actually feel good. Great when you're sitting at a desk all day.
