  It appears this person is no longer selling but left their items up there. Check with them before buying something - not sure what the cause is, but I don't want to leave a negative review in case it was a medical reason preventing them from honoring their items for sale. I was given a refund by ebay, so I am happy with the process overall.

  The book arrived quickly in great condition it’s wonderful getting what’s advertised! I bought from a totally different seller initially and the book was filled from front to back with yellow highlighter (which was undisclosed).
