Does not glow enough to be effective
There were no instructions. I didn't use the metal part that comes with it as part of the handlebar as I put them on a walker instead of a bike. The tiny tape on the reverse side was not strong enough to hold it in place and I had to use hot glue to make it stay put. It looks like white bandage and at night in a dark room I flashed a very bright like on it to activate it and it shown a little green for a few seconds. No where near what they are showing which is what I was hoping for. I don't have a night vision shot which would show how much or little it glows but I provided a day one.

Lightweight and great features.
Lightweight and super adjustable. Fits much better than the strap that comes with the cpap. Because it is so adjustable it doesn't slide around and you can get a better fit.
