Worthy Replacement

I purchased this new drill to replace my previous 9 year old AEG 18V drill which whilst still working well was getting tired in the chuck department. The new drill seems to be of equal quality and is well made, easy to use and robust enough to last for many years of regular use.

Ok, But Not Perfect

Once fitted and connected the sensors work and show up on the Traxxas link app, it is useful to know the temperature and voltage using your phone. The instructions are very basic and what it does not tell you is that the temperature sensor does not work unless the voltage sensor wire is connected to the battery. Only found this out by searching on Goggle! The correct Traxxas adapter (6549) is required to enable the voltage sensor wire to be connected to the battery lead and these are unavailable in Aus at the time of writing. Only solution is to solder the voltage sensor wire to the battery positive lead, which is a bit ad hoc! Would be much more useful to customers for Traxxas to supply all the required parts in one kit not sell it in pieces!

Cost Effective PC Repair Solution

Cost effective solution to repair my older PC after the original graphics card failed. Compact size and easy install was a real bonus. Whilst the PC is old it now has a new lease on life running my mapping software and Office program.
