  Seller posted picture of a book I purchased and the book I received was completely different from what I got. When I went to address the situation with the seller they became aggressive and used threatening language towards me which is unacceptable behavior that I do not deserve to be treated by anyone

  I sent the correct book within 10 days. I received a very long aggressive message calling me a thief and.a liar. I issued a full refund immediately. I asked for a photo of what they receivrd. They did not provide. I have reported this to eBay. I am a good seller and always make it right if there is an issue. The buyer left me a negative review after I issued a full refund. They have the book (which was correct book) and the full refund. How else could I make this better?
