Not able to get the connector fully inserted.

the power connection from adapter to the laptop does get not fully insert. not safe... you get what you pay for...

Good price but some defective

First, this adapter is not DELL legit adapter. I bought 3 adapters and from 3 I got one defective, not the adapter but the power cable that connects to the adapter, so I was lucky that I had extra power cable that connects to the adapter so it's all good. My suggestion is to buy this product at your own risk. Since the price is really good I can't complain. I have used the adapter for 3 weeks and so far so good. I would recommend at your own risk.

As the seller describe is immaculate, however the battery life is really short.

I would give 5 start if the battery last at less one day, but it drains so fast. If you play the game just for 10 minutes 30% battery is gone, so I can't play the game on the day time... The phone is immaculate. I would say this is new phone if it had original box. there were not a single line of scratch. one other thing, when I use the VR it get really hot and you can only use about 30~ 45 minutes I'm not sure if is the phone or VR doing this... over all, I'm satisfy with the purchase.
