  The shipping was fast and it was packaged very well as described! I loved the value of of the product, and the seller was very helpful when we had a glitch on addresses! Thank you so much for your help and understanding and this plate completed my stepmom‘s collection for her birthday!

  Rec'd product on 5/14 and it's as described - LOVE IT! Other feedback would be that I paid on 4/28 and item dropped off for deliv on 5/9 via tracking. I would consider normal for a few days before shipping it off but but that span of time seems abnormally high to me but maybe that is normal on e-bay transactions - no comm from seller. Compared UPS prices shipping from sellers address and dimensions of box, the cost would of been $27 - $30 and seller charged me $52.00. Maybe normal, not sure.

  Not a real excuse but every box I bought would not fit the item. I would package it and not be confident it would be safe. I should have notified you. So sorry. As for shipping costs, I have Ebay calculate the cost and I print the shipping from Ebay. I don't really see it because it depends on the buyer's zip code. I just put in the weight and dimensions and Ebay figures out how much to charge you. Maybe UPS would have been cheaper but I ship most of the items USPS and just drop it off at once.

  I hadn't received my item over 2 weeks after the label was created, so I contacted the seller who stated his post office was "notorious for not scanning things in and having them sit around for days". He said he would "stop by on Monday but they'll probably just tell me I never dropped it off." I never heard back from him, and he didn't give me a refund. Ebay stepped in and provided it.

  After you started to dispute process, I filled out the form online to track it. They basically accused me of never dropping it off. It is apparently still on a truck somewhere unscanned. Hopefully you will eventually receive it. I am glad Ebay refunded you on my behalf, I would have agreed on a dead line for the USPS then refund you, also.
