Stud finder
Worked well at finding wood slats in my walls also metal too. I was dubious, but it works, and has helped me as none of the walls in my new place are solid brick or cement. So this stud finder has really paid for its self.

Toilet frame for elderly and or disabled users
This frame is so much better than the “C” shaped style frame. As if you do not put equal weight on each side, they have the tendency to tip over. Whereas this frame is mounted between the toilet bowl and the toilet seat, making it far sturdier, and you are able to lift yourself off if one arm is stronger than the other. Also the frame is adjustable in width and height to suit the user’s preference, with the added bonus of being able to lift each side up slightly to mop or vacuum under. All of this and a great price too. 10 out of 10 from myself, if you are looking for a toilet frame. You can’t go wrong with this model.
