Roco HO40397 couplings
Item is an alternative method of coupling two HO or OO wagons/coaches/locos together. The action is positive and they lock well. there is an uncoupling tool in the box which is needed if they are to be uncoupled manually.
I'm currently experimenting with the use of a small neodymium magnet on the dropper as a way of getting automatic uncoupling with them. Only time will tell if this is a suitable means of achieving remote uncoupling.
The couplings are not easy to get from the manufacturer.

If you gotta print, you gotta print!!
Funny thing about laser printers, the toner is cheaper if you buy a four-pack, yet if it is a colour printer the four toners never run out at the same time! You use more black than the three colours.
Result- every now you need a single black toner to get the cycle back together. This is the OEM black cartridge for my CLX-3175 printer.
Would I buy another? Well- as long as I need to print on this printer I'll need cartridges, and I'll buy the manufacturer's OEM cartridges for it. I've tried compatables and wouldn't do so again. With the originals you get the quality and don't invalidate the printer's warranty.
Probably the next toner will be a four-pack set, then a single black and so forth.
