He claimed daphnia were DOA but failed to provide video. He sent still shots showing daphnia evenly distributed in the shipping bag, a sign they were alive. I gave replacement shipment he claimed DOA but failed again to provide video. His photos again suggested daphnia were alive. He requested refund. My ad says no refunds. I refused. He gave negative feedback. I will not sell to him again.

Hard to tell them apart but all the food is grea for the koi
BEST FOOD OUT THERE I will not use any other food. Fish love it
