Cleans well, Does not strip vibrant colors, Gentle on hair.

ColorProof shampoos in general are great for maintaining/retaining colors on treated hair. I've used ColorProof Moisturizing (purple bottle) and Volumizing (red bottle) shampoos for years. Decided to try this Baobab on my hair due to the frequency of color treatment (every 5 wks). Baobab seems to clean well and better than the Moisturizing or Volumizing shampoo counterparts in the same brand. Also, I haven't noticed any stripping of color from my hair. A bit expensive compared to the Moisturizing or Volumizing shampoo counterparts. But a small amount (quarter size) goes a long way in shampooing hair.
