My new Hoover
The Hoover arrived on time. However the box was open and the air powered nozzle described in the manual is missing. Please advise. Thank you.

Inpossable to use
The thickness of the lens made it impossible to use on the phone. The pressure necessary was very high. I could never page down from the top of the phone. I am sorry I made this purchase. I do not recommend this item.

Great product and easy to use
