So Far So Good
Cost $49.68 including shipping. Installed about 2 and 1/2 wks ago, and so far so good. Would have been super easy to install if I'd realized the correct way to unplug electrical hook ups.
Moral of the story: Watch more than one instructional youtube video on how to install.

Good if you don't mind wrestling with plug
About a week since installation, and so far seems to be working. My only complaint is plug on fan pops off it's mooring when you try to connect other plug, which makes the connecting more difficult, and leaves electrical cable dangling, unless you're willing to put up with the tedium of reconnecting to fan assembly shroud.
