  On May 27, the seller accepted a fraudster who placed bid # 10-13129-60488 on a 50g gold bar and who hacked into my Paypal account and my bank account and paid $5,687.31 from my account. After my intervention, Paypal returned the stolen amount to me, but placed a negative balance, and on June 18 placed my visa debit card on Paypal website without my consent and acceptance. I removed the bank account from Paypal, reported to the FTC and local police. I never lived in Florida either
