This book has helped me
I bought this book because I am trying to stop smoking. It gives a no nonsence approach to why you smoke and how the addiction to nicotine fools you into thinking it is ok to smoke. I have not finished the book, or stopped smoking, but I am not giving up!

If you want a fast, great tasting cup of coffee, buy Bunn
My sister has always wanted one of these pots so I bought her one for her birthday. I have been a Bunn user for 15 years and they are the best coffee pots out there. The best part is NO WAITING. It brews in three minutes and stays hot in the insulated carafe. Bunn backs up there pots for three years, if you have a problem within that time, email them at their website and they will give you instructions on how to replace your pot with a new one.
