  Seller has no idea how to pack delicate items. Wrapping an item in cardboard and mailing it just insured that the shellac records would be broken. A few wraps of bubble wrap and put in a larger box would have fixed the problem without increasing the shipping cost (media mail @ .53/lb). No matter what the cost of the item, a seller should prioritize getting the item to the buyer in good shape.
