Simple fitness tool.
Bought this twin wheeled fitness item in preference to the single type ones available after reading reviews of a few different ones. This cones highly recommended! It's easy to use with a nice quality which gives me reassurance when using it. Early days but it does work a variety of muscles and is easy to use. Great for a quick 10/15 minute daily workout!

Great item
Needed to replace the original coil pack to solve the misfiring and lumpy running... This was a process of elimination after replacing the plugs then the ignition leads which didn't resolve the problem. Seems very good quality and has thankfully done the job!

Charotte Church - Back To Scratch (CD 2010)
Saw Charlotte perform a track from this album recently on the Paul O'Grady show and liked it, thinking it was quite different and knowing what a good singer she is, then bought the album. Only listened to it fully twice just now, so watch this space... reminds me of Lucy Silvas which can only be a good thing!!
