best saddle for long distance training

Reliable & good value especially for long stem tubes

I have deep profile wheels (~58mm) therefore I require a long stem. I have found that tubes with 80mm are convenient and work well and this is what led me to try Continental tubes (because they make tubes that have the extra long stem option). The quality control on their tubes is excellent (knock on wood). They are durable and seem to have reached an optimum balance of durability and weight and also have a reasonable mass. If you find these at a competitive price (which I have at Planet Cyclery) its a no brainer buy.

Disappointed

I had high hopes of getting a razor of Gillette or Schick quality at a better price point. I found the quality to be comparable to a Bic razor. That is, it provided a rough shave and also got a few nicks. I thought maybe its because its new, maybe it just needs to be broken in...but no, every shave was unsatisfactory it never got better. I'd rather use a 3 month old Gillette than a brand new Dorco Pace6. Despite wanting to save money, I achieved the opposite as this is going into the trash.
