Excellent
I like having a variety of her episodes so this makes 6. I find her routines to be most beneficial and a nice balance to other types of exercise or if you just need a good full body stretch to relieve tension.

Small but nice
It’s smaller than I thought it would be but the quality is very good. Sturdy. Attractive design just a bit too small for my needs. I’m sure I’ll use it at some point.
