A bit pricey but it works
You need to take 3 pills for a dose. Lasts 30 days.. Not 90.
Other than that, seems to help sleep.
For just sleep, try 2x 3mg melatonin first (disc: with advice from and monitoring by your doctor) because you'll save $, unless you really need the other contents. You can also buy a single dose little packet to try first, if you don't want to fork over cash for 90 pills.
ALSO, try to close eyes in 5 minutes if following the directions doesn't work you. For me, waiting 30 minutes was not effective as I sailed past the drowsy part. Like with any sleep aid, you will usually have to get your timing right. It won't necessarily knock you out if you have sleep issues to begin with or are wired on caffeine or sugar etc. It might work with a slight effort.. Or maybe it will knock you out. It depends on the person/conditions most likely. You mileage may vary!
I like it, but it doesn't always work miracles. I usually switch it up every night if I can't sleep.
Can't comment on how good it is for exercise recovery… I use it mainly just for sleep when I'm not tired.

99% Perfect!
This is one of the best picks ever made in my opinion, except that they should have added max grip or more texture!
If a Jazz III is too dinky but you need the articulation, this is it!
If Tortex is too scratchy sounding, this is it!
If the black nylon 1mm is your thing but is too floppy, this is it!
If max grip has grip but sounds weird in comparison to the original nylons, this is it!
It has the general revenue of the the original nylon, but it's stiffer, and has a Jazz III tip!
The only thing I could ask for is max grip WITHOUT CHANGING THE NYLON FORMULA OF THIS!!! The only reason is that this could get slippery if your hands are sweaty. I haven't dropped it yet, but that's the only thing that could make it more perfect!

Great jack. Allows right angle plug to fit into a Telecaster.
No more need to use straight 1/4" connectors for the guitar cable for my telecaster. Works like a charm l, allowing me to use an angled plug! This should come standard on all Telecasters. What morons..
