very good item would get one again if this one wears out
this printer was to be used in a card club and was going to get used a lot.
the printer is a very good iten we had one before you just have to re-set the cleaning pad in the software, after taking out the pad and replacing it or as we do washing and drying it
the ink replacements are very cheap and easy to get them in bulk off ebay and is easy to set up.
bad things are if you do not use it for a wile you have to clean the printer ink jets in the software other than this we do not have any bad points
this is a cheap printer to get off ebay but is very good for what we use it for
