Great sequel, fun story, excellent level design, challenging collectibles, and nightmare for those who aim for 100%
Excellent sequel and faithful homage to the original trilogy, in terms of gameplay and level design. The story is funny and compelling in a way that newcomers and veterans to the franchise will have a blast playing through the main game. Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time also has so many collectibles and challenges that it will keep anyone brave enough to attempt a 100% completion entertained for dozens of hours. The frustration of trying to complete this game works in its favor as rarely do the levels seem unfair and the exhilaration of mastering a particular level or section is next to none. I would definitely suggest this game to any fans of the franchise but warn those aiming to unlock all achievements/trophies that they are in for what will likely be one of the hardest challenges they have had or will have for quite a long time.
