Overall an excellent buy packed full of features, short cable the only neg!
Brought this phone pack for ease of use as I've an elderly mother.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase,
the phones features are very good indeed
Speaker phone is very good so is the added option to amplify it, excellent when waiting a long time to be put through as you can still do your work and hear when somebody picks up
Only down side is the phones telephone cord is to short and as of yet I'm still to find a compatible one to lengthen it as there's different cords and currently all the ones I already own aren't compatible.
