  Scammer Seller: Told me all parts were there, including 2 keys. Sold me a rack WITHOUT the keys, so I can't unlock it to install it. They stalled and up stories about the missing keys, even though he said he had them, he did't. Now saying he was sending the keys from Yakima, which doesn't solve the issue. I would have to go to a locksmith to get the locks rekeyed which is not what I agreed to when buying. Shipping was also too much for the item. Said it was 35 lbs, but it was only 27.
