It's not perfect but it is the best I can do thank you JB WELD.
It's not a snug fit but the grooves match the shaft. It should have been a tad smaller inside. To make it work I'm using JB Weld and gluing it to the transmission drive shaft. The whole transaction is poorly designed the old pulley wallowed out. It should have been tapered. It's not even got a nut. E clips holding in place is dumb.

Fits seems pricy
Fits well. About 10 dollars tax included seems expensive but I'm grateful to have it. Works fine if you know how to put it in. To remove the old one I used a mallet and screw driver. All in all I'm grateful to have it.

The Wheel Bearings will NOT fit my axles.
It came with Bearings instead of the normal Bushings on Lawn Mower Front wheels. The bearings would NOT go onto the axle. I had to remove them and take the inserts out of my old wheels and use them. That mans NO greasy fitting on the rims so I still have to remove the entire wheel to grease the axle bushings. These bearings are NOT impressive. I've worked on Lawn Equipment for 50 + years.. I looked on line for a simple 18 inch tire on a 8 inch rim. These were all I could find. They are working now after I had to spend a lot of time adapting them..
