The temperature is okay. Humidity display not good.
If the units are placed next to each other the temperature at inside and outside unit is pretty much the same while the humidity shows a bigger difference and this difference varies.
The humidity display is very important to me since I live in a hot humid country where the humidity plays a bigger role than the temperature. Therefore only 2 stars - in the end the displayed values are so far off that they are useless for me.
It comes with an extensive English user manual with good explanations.

Works great
Has an on/off switch. Tested it and does its job. Have 3 in the meantime. Use them at the washing machine and at my aircons to detect leaking immediately before it gets expensive.

Doesn't work as expected
Even severest smoke for several minutes is almost never detected. Bad story since this product should protect lives...
