Good service but expensive postage for a mediocre product
The rubber dampers were adequate for the job. In fact they were the only new replacements I could find on-line, so I had to buy them. For the money, they weren’t too bad, as there must be a fast diminishing market for these items, but the postage really pushed the price up and seemed ridiculously expensive for two small rubber dampers. They weren’t that well made either. The quality of the moulding was inconsistent. Too thick in some areas and not enough in others which might lead to premature failure i.e.splitting. There was a lot of excess flashing, which needed trimming before fitting but, once this was done, all was ok. Speed of delivery was good but I hope I won’t have to buy any of these rubber dampers again.

Quality replacement
Quality product, arrived exactly as described, and a perfect replacement for my old worn out tap insert.

Great product, great fragrance!
My wife hasn’ had a chance to try this product yet but based on how much we both like Molton Brown hand wash she should be delighted!
