Lasts about 10 minutes, as the doctor prescribed. Just what I was looking for. Much more effective than a washcloth. I highly recommend for dry eyes, underactive meibomian oil gland issues. I am a loyal customer. I also have the green gel beads that I use for cooling. I purchased separately. I would recommend buying the entire kit, including Tranquieyes foaming lid cleanser. I have used the cleanser for 3 years. I would not live without that product as well.
