Christmas present
Brought as a present
Not unpackaged for this reason but face value it is cute and just what I was looking for. She is only four so doesn’t need anything fancy

Not easy to get right
It’s not very easy to get the right suction. Max seems to be okay for thick rugs but squealing when on hard floor. To low a suction then it pushes the dirt around the floor. You also can’t hold the Hoover pipe to high as the head just doesn’t bend enough. The suction button is stiff to change and as stated you can never get it just right like the automatic head tool. I wouldn’t recommend however I couldn’t afford a better one so it will do

Joke gift
They made some profit off this big time which was frustrating but brought as a joke gift and it went down a treat so I guess it was sorta worth the rip off
