.Seemed to be a used product.
The product came in a badly wrapped box, it looked used no instructions, it had scratches and marks and also water marks but I tried it and it pumped water out of the pool, it then stopped, couldn't get it to work again. I am not returning it because of the postage. I will get someone to test it and perhaps repair it.
