  Seller sold me a watch that wasn’t working and wouldn’t reimburse me for a battery so I assume it’s because it doesn’t work. I returned the watch and now they won’t issue a refund. Hey are claiming they can’t sell it as new without the plastic sticker on the back and I explained to them that it needs to be removed anyway in order to put a battery in it. It didn’t come with tags so they can’t sell it new with tags anyway and can’t sell it again without putting a battery in it.
