The1st in a line of retro-clothed Weird Als, NECA hit all the right notes! With an 80s-current appearance, both the accessories/box art are top-notch.

Accurate to Golden Era wwe, Excellent Detail/Posability!
One of three Road warrior Hawk action figures Mattel has produced, this one features the iconic attire he wore when Hawk & Animal won multiple tag team titles in wwe!
This look was also used by Hawk during his ecw/solo wcw runs during the early-mid 1990s, and is how he appears in classic video games like the SNES version of Super wrestleMania/the arcade gem wrestleFest.
Both the spiked shoulder pads and arm gauntlets are removable, and like all Elite-style figures...Hawk contains articulation levels simply unheard of during the times of awa Remco/wwf hasbro/wwf jakks bca!
I appreciate the fact that Mattel has stuck with a serious headsculpt throughout versions{the Legends series featured different pants/black pads & gauntlets/80s nwa-style face paint, whereas the Battle Pack one had the light blue/gold attire/accessories of 1996 wcw}.
Not all Hawk figures should have their tongues hanging out, an unique aspect that Mattel also did for Demolition Ax in the Legends line!
Bottom line, if you're a fan of any of the Legion of Doom's eras...Mattel has produced the definitive versions IMO.

He's Leapt Off The Film And Television Screens...And Into Your Home!
Mezco Toyz has always had an excellent eye for detail, and their Popeye the Sailorman series was truly ahead of its time/innovative!
Wimpy comes with a plethora of character-specific accessories[including a platter of hamburgers, individual burgers, a meat grinder]..plus hes one of two ways in this line to get the non-poseable Eugene the Jeep figurine[the other being the white dress/flowered hat variant of Olive Oyl].
With amazingly-accurate sculpting[both true to the animated shorts, as well as the Thimble Theatre comic strip], poseability. and even the sunken pirate ship packaging...you too can enjoy J. Wellington Wimpy every day[not just Tuesday, my good man...Tuesday]!
A true treasure for young and old alike.
