Perfect fit!
Just what was needed to get the AC blowing again! Just like original part!

For a 2011 E350....
Better than buying a whole new panel... grey color of these are a little lighter color than my 2011 grey interior but it's better than a huge hole in door.
Will need to drill a couple of holes in panel to hold these new grills in place as the original speaker was held in place by plastic tabs.
