Having the entire series is great.
We've watched Summer Wine for years on MPT. They have stopped running it on MPT. We were very happy to find that we could get the entire series on DVDs. I appreciated that there was a warning that the discs would would not play on a region 1 DVD player - as I did not even realize that there were different formats of DVDs and DVD players. So I knew that I needed to have a player that could play these DVDs - and since this was a gift, I was able to give the DVDs and the player at the same time. It would not have been as much fun if I hadn't realized until I tried playing the DVDs that something wasn't right. So, THANK YOU for the heads-up! The DVDs are in perfect shape and everything is great.
