best replacement for cigarettes in the short term
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I use this when I cannot have a cigarette indoors or around non-smokers. Delivers more nicotine than gum or vaping and no side effects. Patches may work better for longer periods of time, but patches are not always convenient. Great that this is finally available in the US. I have used a similar product in Europe for a few years. Cost is similar. I find that gum makes my gums hurt, and vaping gunks up my lungs no matter which brand I have tried. I also prefer this over tablets. It's portable and has enough product to use for an extended trip if you are trapped at a conference or on transit and cannot smoke. It might make me cough if I get it in my lungs rather than just mouth. But I cough more with the gum for some reason. When I have this with me, I have peace of mind, and that confidence actually allows me not to need a cigarette.
